01 Concept
Development
The initial stage of the design process is about establishing the overall look and feel of the project, understanding the client’s needs and wants, reviewing the space and architecture. From this, we begin to create a bespoke design tailored specifically to each client.
02 Design
Presentation
In the Design Presentation stage, we present our designs through the use of material samples, as well as using the latest in technology. We provide CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and Virtual Reality Walkthrough to allow our clients to experience the design before sign off.
03 Construction
Documentation
If your project includes construction we will produce a construction package, that contains drawings, specifications, and schedules for every wall, floor, surface, appliance, product, and color. Every detail will be laid out so that the intended design can be converted into reality. This detailed package will allow for accurate quoting by contractors and help to ensure that there are no surprises or questions during the build.
04 Project Management
Management
Throughout the construction process, we will routinely do onsite inspections to guarantee every last detail of your bespoke design is being completed to our standards.
05 Completion
Installation
This is when the design comes to life. All furniture is installed. We carefully place every piece of the design together, art is perfectly hung, and accessories are strategically arranged.
